How do I submit to be a featured artist?
Even though our 2013 featured have been selected, its never too early to submit for Spoken Soul Festival 2014.
Dancers, Designers, Musicians, Poets, Photographers, Singers and Visual Artists please submit 2 high res pictures of your work and or a link to a video, short bio and your website / blog to spokensoulfestival@gmail.com.

Can I submit to make the poster for the festival?
Once featured artists are selected by the festival's creative team, one of the selected featured artist will be invited to create an original piece which will best represent our festival that year. This is only open to featured artists.
Is the festival only for women artists? Can men attend?
Yes. The mission of the Spoken Soul Festival, a three-day event, is to produce an annual festival that will help advance the careers of women artists from novice to professionals. This festival was conceived around the Global initiative known as SWAN Day/Support Women Artists Now. However, we encourage male artists to show support and attend our festival! How do I volunteer for the festival?
Please email spokensoulfestival@gmail.com, placing VOLUNTEER on subject line, with your contact information and availability. Please be advised that volunteers, men and women are welcomed and will be needed Friday March 22 - March 24, 2013 for a minimum of eight hours each day. The exact times are still TBA. There is a possibility of a production meeting one week prior to the festival which will take approximately two hours. Exact time TBA. If you are not available to physically volunteer but would like information on how to help promote this event, please note that in your email.

How can I become a Sponsor?
We have multiple fantastic sponsorship opportunities. Whether it's presenting level monetary donations, branding opportunities, or donating services or items for our raffles, we can find a day that fits within SWAN Community Program, the main event SWAN Spoken Soul Showcase Vol. 6, or for the Vanessa Baez Memorial Women's Brunch.
